Application Updates and Charges
The Service Provider continuously works to keep the Application useful and efficient. They reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated clearly in advance.
Data and Security
The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide to deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may introduce security risks, malware, and could prevent the Application from functioning properly. Such actions are strongly discouraged.

Connectivity and Charges
Some Application functions need an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted mobile data prevents full functionality. If you use the Application outside Wi-Fi, your carrier's terms still apply, and you are responsible for any data or roaming charges. If you are not the device's bill payer, you confirm that you have permission to incur these charges.
Device Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and operational. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if a depleted battery prevents access to the Application or its services.
Accuracy of Information
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date but relies on third parties for some information. They accept no liability for direct or indirect losses arising from relying entirely on the Application's functionality.
Updates and Termination
The Application may require updates to remain compatible with operating systems. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application end and you must delete it from your device.
